PS4 or Xbox better classic rosters?

So I wanted to play Madden 20 on PC, unfortunately the downloadable roster selection is lacking to say the least. My main interest is running classic rosters with accurate depth charts and equipment from 1991-1995 range. From peoples experience are the options better on PS4 or Xbox when it comes to classic roster options? Any opinions greatly appreciated.

I can't speak for XBOX but PS4 has some great ones already such as 1988 1995 and even 1966. As well as 1991 and 2001 coming soon.

Additionally as I've always wanted to see the best teams play each other but also find it hard to rate within Madden a 70s team vs a team from today. A partner and I are planning on releasing teams if the decades. Do within a few months there will be even more options

Not sure about Xbox. But I have a few rosters I did you can download and check out . Madden 20 Ps4 My Psn Id is SoundWave8177. I have 1966 NFL, 1971 NFL, 1977 NFL, 1995 NFL, 2001 NFL and My Greatest teams Roster set which has teams from the 1968 Jets up to the 2007 Patriots. And currently working on 1993 NFL. [emoji106]

There is a 2007 on Madden 20 PS4. It was made using computer editing software and imported into PS4. Overall it is really good, but does have some glitches as a result. For instance a couple players will show up on the wrong team. Really does not cause any problem though, fairly easy to edit and/or keep off of the depth chart.

I downloaded a 1995 roster yesterday, I think it was yours Soundwave......Wow, what an awesome job you did. Ive been going through updating a few neckrolls and facemasks with the newer equipment stuff EA released recently. Talk about nostalgia, thanks for the work you put into that roster, its nothing short of amazing. As an aside I just really wish they would get mouthguards in the game, I'm a little ocd when it comes to equipment, so obv seeing classic created players like Bettis, Irvin, Faulk etc. look so much like themselves except for that one giant missing accessory is pretty damn frustrating, I'm not sure people realize how big of an improvement it would make to player likeness.

Thanks, Yes I need to updated the equipment facemask for 1995,1977 just havent got around to it yet. Just have cowboys complete and a few other players.

Xbox actually has a couple great rosters made by xTootsxMagootsx. Dude made a 1990 roster and draft classes for 1991-2021(30 years). He also made a 2000 roster. I'll admit the roster isn't perfect, some names were spelled wrong some, some ages are wrong and there are some missing players but no one really important. I noticed the Oilers 4th WR wasn't there only because I started a franchise with them. With those small issues I'd still give this roster like a 9.5/10 he put in a crazy amount of work for all this.

On ps4 for soundwave’s 95 roster, I’ve made 28 custom offensive playbooks, use generic run and shoot for lions and falcons, really like how the generic run and shoot works. I use percussion’s 80s defensive playbooks. The playbooks are up on share. The I’d is tommycoa9380.

There’s a lot of playbooks there. Use the one’s that have the team’s city name. It won’t let me delete some of the older playbooks i made. The correct playbook will say 95greenbay, 95sanfran, etc.

These books were designed to get the teams running the ball and throwing it to proper wrs. It doesn’t always work perfect with getting touches, but more times than not, it works. Some teams, like dallas and San Fran, no matter what i do, they throw to the other wrs more than they do rice or Irvin. Not sure if it’s double teams or what. Hard to tell because i watch cpu vs cpu.
