I like that idea (NC on Saturday).

And as a grumpy old guy who always thinks that things were better in "My Day", I wouldn't mind if the semi's were moved earlier, and the NC was played on New Years Day. I know that isn't really feasible with the current structure and date of the Conference Championships. But I do miss the CFB extravaganza that New Years used to be.
