There may be a between the legs dunk in the park dunk packages. I don't play park enough to spend money on them, plus i think they're the most blockable dunks in the game.

As far as i know in an NBA game you're not going to see any between the legs dunks in any of the packages. Vince Carter's package has the most amount of variety when it comes to dunks, so for 3k VC you can get virtually every package available in the game with one package. But that's the best bet for flashy dunks.
