Gamer Dads League - Opening Day Saturday May 2nd

I created an open league for dads.

League name: Gamer Dads

Relaxed

HOF (open to discuss)

Balks ON

DH off (open to discuss)

9 innings

30 teams (open to less, thinking 20 min)

1 game per series (2 if we go with 20 teams)

8 teams make the playoffs

Best of 5 for all rounds in the playoffs (open to 5 then 7)

Mic optional (I currently don’t have one)

After 10 games, maybe have a “Game of the Week” on Twitch?

Minimum 1 game per week, preferably 2-3 IF we have time with working from home, kids learning from home, etc. No pressure, just fun.

I took my favorite team, the Mets, all others first come first serve.

I play on All Star vs. the CPU but I feel the game plays better on HOF for head to head.

Definitely open to changing to Allstar if other think that is a better option.

I didn’t check since this morning but last I checked, no one joined. You should be able to just find the league and join...I think.

If you search the league, you can see which teams are available.

Last I checked, I think the following teams have already been taken.

Yankees
Indians
Cubs
Yankees

Ideally, it would be great if everyone took the team they root for. I find that leagues usually work better when you play with your favorite team.

I root for the Mets...lol...as do you!! Since he is a die hard I have no issues relinquishing the Indians to him. Can you as commish switch me out or do I have to drop out and rejoin?
