The Most Complete Historic Roster (PS4)

Started as a side project, I have always wanted to make a complete and realistic roster of all the classic teams in the game. As I have not been able to find any top notch ones on PS4. I got inspired to keep myself busy for the rest of 2K20

The goal is to have ALL 65 classic teams in the game as realistic and as immersive as possible.
From the 2010s all the way to the 60s

Each team is going to include:

    - All missing players from the end of their season/playoffs roster (15 players, no generic, filler if under 15 men).

    - Realistic CAP Faces for all missing players, that represents their look during that particular season (S/O to the OS community as a whole)

    - Signature shot/edits for every player possible. (Props to BluFlu, ZayTrece, Woody & everyone sharing on the OS forum)

    - Accurate/re-rated, improved ratings & badges to better replicate every player's play and impact from that season. (BasketballReference/2KMTCentral/old 2Ks for old ratings)

    - Revised key Speed and Layup ratings for all older teams.

    - 100% Accurate and updated accessories/shoes (no 2K generic and most look-alike used) for every teams.

    - Tendencies looked at for every single players to give a realistic playing experience. Key tendencies are edited for gameplay and sim.

    - Hot Zones are all updated according to NBA.com (if data is available)

    - Realistic position updates for every team (If data is available/teams before the 97 season)

    - Realistic rotations for all teams.

    - Updated Playbooks & play types

    - Realistic Head Coaches for every team (Name, Grades, Faces, System, Profiles)

    - Contracts are all looked at to somewhat represents each players seasonal salary earnings for a better MyLeague experience.

    - Corrected ages, years pros.

    - Corrected all weight/height according to each season (if data is available).

These slider sets have been edited to better reflect historic team CPU plays in gameplay and sim.

As of right now, 47/65 teams are completely done.

    Realistic Uniform/Team Color Guide
    Note:
Select these in the Jerseys selection menu (if a colorway is not listed, you can leave it as is for the game default)

    Headband/Arm Sleeve/Leg Sleeve/Socks
for "Black" and "White" pick the darkest and brightest color, not grey.
*(Alt)* are for alternate colorways that teams may wear sometimes, occasionally. The ones without are the main one.

No worries, I enjoy doing this every year. It's always been an annual tradition for me to run a MyLeague full of classic teams and I love playing with them. Plus 2K's lack of attention to detail with them really pushed me to do this roster

Most of the classic teams they added in this year, they didn't put any efforts into them, many bench player ratings are from their last 2K appearance. Although I'm still glad that they give us tools to correct all those things. The best thing they could do for us retro heads is an official roster editing tool like RED MC for next gen. The old gen glory days haha

Bro....This is crazy!! As a retrohead who's done projects like these in the past, I have to salute you. I pretty much gave up on 2K20 because I couldn't find a roster that was this in depth and had the players playing the right way. I've downloaded the roster you used as a base, and although the variety of teams is super impressive, tendencies were off and some of the stars and role players had the incorrect look for particular teams. Major props for going in and fixing these teams. Just watched 16 Cavs Vs 16 Warriors and the gameplay was on point!! Looking forward to the progress of this project!!

The Most Complete Historic Roster (PS4)

                  Let's start the breakdowns!

                  '15-'16 Golden State Warriors

                  Starting Five:
                  PG: Stephen Curry (99) (+2)
                  SG: Klay Thompson (95) (+3)
                  SF: Harrison Barnes (80)
                  PF: Draymond Green (90)
                  C: Andrew Bogut (77)

Bench: Andre Iguodala (81), Marreese Speights (76), Shaun Livingston (76), Festus Ezeli (76), Leandro Barbosa (75), Anderson Varejao (73), Ian Clark (72), Brandon Rush (71), Kevon Looney (71), James Michael McAdoo (69)

Record (73-9) Arguably one of the Greatest Team of all time behind the '96 Bulls and the KD Warriors. The Warriors dominated the 2015-2016 season on both ends, with their defense led by the enforcer, the DPOY runner-up Draymond Green. Along with an amazing offense, implementing the infamous "Death Lineup" and of course. The first unanimous MVP in NBA history, one of the highest single season PER of all time for Stephen Curry which got him a 99 here. Same goes for Klay Thompson who got a boost to 95, to best represents Game 6 Klay, that amazing playoff run and the Splash Bros as a whole. With the addition of former Finals MVP Andre Iguodala in one of the deepest 2nd unit. The '16 Warriors dominance will be felt when playing with and especially against them. A fun challenge that anyone should take on

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

Wow man this will be amazing! I’ve tried few historic rosters but 2k don’t give a s*** about the retro teams. They play awful, not even close to real life, add this to the horrible tendencies system this year and it’s just f***** terrible gameplay wise. Good luck dude, can’t wait to try it out

Hey, just a suggestion. You might want to look into Westbrook's 3pt Tendencies. I ran a few CPU Vs CPU games (10min quarters) of the Thunder vs 2013 Heat, and in each game Westbrook had over ten 3pt attempts by the third quarter. He was jacking it up with no conscious almost every time he got behind the line. LOL. Other than that, both teams played true to their real life counterparts.

Looking forward to that Chicago Bulls team. Should be fun to see Rose wreck shop!! Keep up the great work.
