    2020-2021 TV Season

One of the craziest times ever for TV scheduling.

Who knows how many shows will be able to film, when seasons will premiere, and when we'll see sports again.

Despite that, this is the week networks will be announcing their Fall 2020 schedules. Of course this won't mean a lot at the moment since we have no idea what will happen by September.

All I know is that my old "I'm watching less current tv than I did last season" line continues again. Arrow is done and Agents of Shield will be done in a few months. Only 6 hours(closer to 4 without commercials) worth of regular tv shows I can think of that I'll be watching per week.

Just watched David Wells 1998 perfect game. Lots of reruns in our future. There's always Netflix.

I've watched so many things. Sucks this city doesn't have as many championship moments, but I've watched all the Jays and Raptors championship playoffs.

Watched so many movies already, and close to the end of the entire Star Wars movies.

I'm just going all in on all movie series at this point. Harry Potter is next, and even though I did it right before I saw Endgame, I might go through the Marvel movies again too.

I think The Boys on amazon is coming out some point soon still. I liked the first season. I have just been rewatching Twin Peaks and Six Feet Under.

Big news coming out of CW which is probably where we're headed with other shows.

They announced their shows will premiere in January 2021. May will be midseason finale dates, and summer is when shows will be ending.

So all these shows which will end this May or even earlier, no new episode until January for the earliest!

Fox announced they are going to air (or re-air) "L.A.'s Finest," starring Gabrielle Union and Jessica Alba. Of course, if you have Spectrum On-Demand, you have already had the opportunity to watch the first season.

                  Big news coming out.

Ruby Rose, the star of CW Batwoman is leaving the show after season 1.

I don't watch the show, but so crazy to see after seeing how much the Arrowverse crossovers helped "put over" Batwoman as a whole, both before the series premiere and then at the end of Arrows run.

                    That is stunning.

Has there ever been a lead actor replaced after one season in the same role?

I know of some who replaced a main character, but the show had multiple main characters, and it wasn't THE main one who got replaced.

Having a shows #1 gone, the one on all the posters and promos for over a year now, that's a major blow.

                        CBS announced fall schedule.

They're still hoping for a Survivor season. But they also moved Amazing Race to Wednesday at 9pm. A season which was actually filmed in 2018! Must suck for those on that season, they can't have family or friends see it for years.

No summer announcements yet, so who knows what happens with Big Brother. I still doubt they air it. Have they even done casting yet? Seasons supposed to start late June.

Just watched last night's season finale of The Masked Singer. Love the show, seen every episode of all 3 seasons.

My wife and I have to laugh though. We must be getting old because we hardly ever recognize or ever even heard of the majority of the people the judges guess who they think the contestants are.

We are so out of the loop when it comes to rappers, tv and online personalities, current athletes, etc.

Season 1, I only correctly guessed 1 contestant
                          Spoiler
Of the 12 contestants, I only knew 7 of them when they were revealed. Never heard of the winner in my life.

Season 2, I thought I was getting the hang of it and correctly guessed 4 of the 16.
                          Spoiler
Those 4 plus another 4 were the only once I knew of.

This season I got zero correct and only knew 6 people out of 18.

Can't have everything. Stumptown made the cut, but Bless This Mess got axed. I'm thinking about finishing The Rookie season 2 since it got renewed for season 3.

and then there's Lovecraft County in August:
