What’s red flagging in my mind is these games like madden (for example). Having these, buy current gen, then upgrade to next gen with a patch.

Like how much better could current gen vs next gen be if you can upgrade with a patch ??

Am I making sense here ? Or am I completely wrong and not know what I am talking about ?
