Mike Tyson defeats Lou Nova by TKO at 0:37 of Round 7
Iron Mike scored knockdowns in the 3rd, 4th and 7th rounds before referee Larry Hazzard finally brought an end to the proceedings. Tyson now has 8 knockouts in 8 victories with one loss.

Frank Childs and Ossie Ocasio bout ruled No Contest
Each fighter suffered a knockdown but ultimately this fight was ruled a No Contest when Ocasio unintentionally thumbed Childs' right eye. After the ringside doctor ruled that it was unsafe for Childs to continue, referee Ruby Goldstein officially called the fight at 1:13 of Round 5. The UBF, through a press release, said that they had no plans to reschedule this fight.

Note: Through 4 rounds, this fight was a Split Draw.

Tommy Burns defeats Jerry Quarry by TKO at 1:13 of Round 3
Burns knocked Quarry down early in the 3rd round and then trapped him in the corner and punished him until referee Larry Hazzard stepped in. Burns is now 6-2-0 (3).

James Jeffries defeats Abe Simon by TKO at 1:00 of Round 7
Jeffries controlled the bout from the opening bell but was issued 3 warnings for low blows in the first 6 rounds and eventually had a point deducted in the 6th. One low blow from a disqualification, Jeffries landed punch after vicious punch to open the 7th causing referee Ruby Goldstein to stop the fight 1 minute in.

TITLE FIGHT
Rocky Marciano defeats Lennox Lewis by TKO at 2:54 of Round 10
Marciano went to the canvas in the 7th and 9th rounds after dropping Lewis in the 3rd. However, a slip and a push were ruled when the champ went down. Overall, Marciano was in complete control and as the match wore on the only question remaining was whether or not we would go the full 12. Referee Richard Steele answered that question late in the 10th.
