NCAA 06 Rosters (PS@) on a PS3

I've don a lot of searching and have come up with absolutely nothing. I'm playing 06 for PS2 on my backwards compatible PS3. Is there any way to load rosters into the game? I'm sure it'd require somehow converting a USB flash drive to read as a PS2 memory unit. Any experience would be appreciated. Thanks!

Ah! Thanks man, I'll look into that. I've been a mostly Xbox guy since the PS2 days.

I actually got it to work without the adapter. They're going for $70-100 on eBay. I'll list the steps for anyone in the future trying to do this.

-You need as USB flash drive (you can also do this with a PSP, but I don't know how that works)
-It needs to be formatted in FAT32 so the PS3 can read it.
-In the USB drive create a folder named "PS3"
-Inside that folder create a new folder called "EXPORT"
-Inside that one create a new folder called "PSV" (that's where the save files will go)

-Now, go find a save file. In my case, I needed a roster file. I got mine from Gamefaqs here:

I used Jasonv1993's roster files. For this method they need to be "Virtual Memory Card Saves". I don't know how to do it with other file types. I'm sure OS has better rosters. I'll explore later.

-Once you download the file, unzip it, if needed and put the .PSV file into the "PSV" folder on your USB flash drive.
-Plug it into your PS3, and go to the Memory Card Utility under the Games section.
-You'll see the USB drive and you'll need at least 1 virtual PS2 memory card to copy the files to, so create one if you need to.
-Click on the USB drive, find the file you want, press Triangle and select copy, select the memory card it's getting moved to and wait for it to complete.
-That's it!

Could someone NCAA 06 PS2 2019-20 .PSV roster file? Just picked up a backwards compatible PS3, and thought I'd knock the dust off of NCAA 06.
