Unfortunately no. Even if someone shared via USB (if possible) they're locked to the game account.

Yes and no. On PS3 you can easily install HEN and use DLC content from other users. On XBOX you'll need a JTAG or RGH which isn't as easy to install, but it's still possible

Connor can you tell me how? I followed Mr Mario's video and have HEN now, and I am in the discord but I have not see anything about this...

yeah let me know was well. if i can get uniforms with HEN then ill do that. Really dont want to put the effort into doing the whole mod. unless the easy installer comes out.
