    With free next gen upgrade which version should I get

    Currently have the Xbox1X and a PS4 Pro. With early access right around the corner I'm about to pluck down $80 with an eye on getting this upgraded to next gen come november.

    If you're in that same boat and still haven't decided on which console you're getting at launch - Xbox Series X or the PS5 which version of Madden 21 would you get this generation? I've looked and haven't seen any side-by-side comparisons yet. PS5 version will have haptic feedback and that amaze SSD and the series X will prob be able run it at native 4K and 60fps which I doubt the PS5 will be able to do this time around.

    I'm eventually getting both next gen machines but only one at launch. Only buying this game once this year and need to choose wisely.

      I'm getting both eventually as well.

      Going PS5 1st. It appears that the PS5 will have better exclusives the 1st year imo.

          I'm tempted to switch to ps5 but i'm a cheapskate so i'm sticking with the cheaper xbox series x at first but eventually own both lol

              It honestly depends on where your friends are, but if that's not a factor, then the best place to play will always be Xbox series X. Game Pass is excellent, better controller, better online reliability, better multiplat and better multiplayer games. Sony is the king of single player until proven otherwise, so if that's your jam, then Playstation 5 would be a wiser choice. Its great to have choices where we game.

                  I bit the bullet so to speak and went with the PS4 Po Deluxe Edition. I tried both trial versions and XB1X plays it at a higher res and frame rate but PS4 version still looks damn good. And after playing MLB The Show 20, The Last of Us II and Ghost of Tsushima non-stop for the last 4 months, I prefer the dual shock controller now.

                  And I'm all in on what PS5 brings to the table. Can't wait til November.

                      I like both consoles but I'll be going Xbox for three reasons: Gamepass, I like the controller better and most of my friends are on it.

                          I’ve decided to stick with one console this generation and am going with Sony due to their 1st party offerings.
