Hey, I have been on this site for a while and I have looked at every great roster and I am just wondering as a newbie, how does y'all get started when in the process of making rosters and what keeps you motivated when you are doing them?

Personal enjoyment, for me. I have fun and have two MyLeague's going, and so I keep updating.

For 2k21 I am creating a 2000-2001 roster and Im trying to stay motivated, but I am struggling to find help. I want to make draft classes from 2001-2020 but im just not sure I'll be able to finish that in a realistic time. Still though I am eager to create the roster because it's something I really want to do, as well as I want to create something for my Xbox people.
