Just got madden nfl 13 for the ps vita and I know the ea servers are shut down but I was wondering is there any way or a place that has the official EA roster updates for that season?

I saw another thread here that had the 19 or 2020 season but that is not what I am after. Even tried to follow the steps they provided and it was hard to follow or understand. Cant even find a youtube video with a step by step tutorial which will be great for it. I have my vita tweaked already its good to go. Just no idea how to load roster files or how to get them, specifically Im happy with the 13 season just not the day 1 roster file before the season even began
