NBA2k21 Image upload

I was wondering if anyone was having issues uploading images to the game from the website. When I link my Xbox account and click on the Upload Images to NBA 2k21 button, I get an error that reads “An unknown error occurred, sorry for the inconvenience.” I’m getting this from both my computer and phone browsers.

Ive uploaded with Series X and haven't been able to see my uploads. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I can even see all my uploads from 18, 19, 20, and current gen 21.

Having the same issues. Anybody know a workaround to upload to Next Gen?

ive not been able to get it to work. I went back to old gen and all my images I uploaded for next gen were available in current gen.

Found the workaround!

You have to upload to the site. Then wait until your upload hits the "Latest" Community Uploads. Then you can then Bookmark yourself as a favorite. Once you have Bookmarked yourself, you can just scroll over to all of your uploads.

I previously tried searching uploads by my name, but that didn't pop up, so I had to do the above.

When you say upload to the site, you mean the same as the upload site for ps4?

Phone or laptop? I tried both and haven't been successful, what am I doing wrong?

Correct, you upload to NBA2K.com/upload, then wait until your items pop up on the Community Uploads tab under "Latest" instead of "Popular."

I go to the site and I don't even have 2k21 under my account but I'm playing it next gen version.

I'm having the same problem. Mine says NBA 2k19 and I don't see a way to change it.

I am having this same problem on PS5. I do not see the 2K21 next-gen version under my account and I even tried uploading two logos to https://www.nba2k.com/upload, but to no avail. The logos don't even show up under "My Images".

According to 2K support forum, this is a 2K issue. Happened with WWE before. Apparently, 2K is aware of the issue, and are working on it.

The “work around” does work. Did it this morning. Only problem is, it takes a while for the image to upload so you constantly have to keep checking.

Do you have to wait every time you put up a logo or just the one time you do it for latest uploads?

Nope just upload whatever you want... then wait until one of them show up. Bookmark then all will be there.

Do you know how long you had to wait? I tried last night and it didn't show up even after like 45 minutes. I'm going to try again today though.
