Certainly a slanted take with the author calling last week's breadcrumbs update a "major update to Franchise mode" lol but it's interesting. New playcalling menu looks very clean and it looks like The Yard version of the arm sleeves is in, though it's tough to tell 100% from those screenshots.



I think their next gen stats influenced player movement thing could be huge if they make the most of it. Hoping we see the game in action today.

Appreciate the write up but besides the playcall menu, there wasn’t much there we didn’t already know. Hopefully more info and footage will be released soon.

Definitely wanna see this new player movement.

For anyone else that missed the link it basically said next gen stats are driving player movement, the weather is going to be better and there will be puddles on the sidelines during rain (like there are on current gen in FIFA lol) and play calling has a new UI. There was way more detail in the EA Play writeup from June.

I just did a search on YT for Madden Next Gen and there are multiple next gen Madden videos scheduled to release at 11am est from Sports Gamer Online, I would imagine other content creators will have some as well.

EA need tweak sim engine on player stats like RB and WR stats are too low in league leaders but QB stats look good except average QB like Sam Darnold, other had insane number of passing yards and TD

Was just about the post that as well. The fact that it's 3 different videos (deep Dive, Gamplay, presentation/graphics) is promising.

I'll admit, I'm concerned about new play movement. Always am.

Lastly, as a PC Player, I'm feeling like we won't get any of these improvements.
