Is it possible to trim the playoffs to four teams per conference, but without the byes? Like 1 vs 4 and 2 vs. 3 in the first round.

I know you can do this if you remove enough teams from the league, but I'm curious if there's a way to do it with the otherwise normal NBA.

While I'm at it, I love the customization options we've been given this year!
