The length of the clip doesn't matter as it will only play a certain amount before it gets cut off so you might as well upload the whole song and decide where it starts from using a timestamp in the options. Yes it should be in mp3. Rocky Top as in a bluegrass song? If so I haven't heard that in years, but my dad used to love that song.
