Same. Looked really confusing process for madden, FIFA installed no problem

Yep, one version saying it’s a trial and another is telling me I require a disc. Very frustrating. I see a lot of complaints on Twitter and they’ve responded to say they’re sorry to hear that....yet nothing official mentioned publicly that a fix is being worked on or if they even have control over the issue.

Sorry to hear that guys.

The PS5 store is a mess with these multi gen upgrades.

I have the PS4 digital version but can't upgrade to the PS5 version at all. There's no PS5 option like every other game I have and I only see a 'disc required' which doesn't make sense since I am all digital.

EA has acknowledged the issue and are looking into it. Fingers crossed.

Yep, Trial here which is very frustrating. For both FIFA and Madden.

Looks like the “disc required” issue has been fixed for those of us outside N.A.
Downloading now! Cant wait.
