EA servers down?

I keep trying to play Madden 21 and it says EA servers are unavailable. Anyone else or is it a me issue? Thanks

Probably the same issue I have still been facing since the last update in early November. I get the message that the servers are down and can't get any of the menus to load when I hit A on the xbox. If you have an xbox there a fix, doesn't work for me though. Try this first:

Hopefully it will work for you, I am still waiting to see mine get fixed so I can play it. I have tried this and installing new, had to install new on the Series X. Only using the trial version because I am not buying a game I know I can't play.

Same. Fifa working fine. I was able to play madden when I first downloaded it, but now I cannot get on.

Basically through some googling and youtube searches it seems this is a legit bug that affects trials and even some peoples actual full copies of the game.....really bad. If you go on ea's support page,it's littered with problems like ours.....

They suggest a delete and reinstall but I've tied and im 0/1 so far.

Did you play PS4 version on ea play ? I accidentally downloaded it but I don’t know if I ever played it. Downloaded next gen version right after and deleted ps4 version. Weird thing is I was able to play ps5 version a few times.

I ended up buying it and have had no problems on Xbox series x. It would not let me play at all w my free trial.

So frustrating. I got in touch w someone on live chat for ea play And they said to wait for issue to be resolved. I don’t even know what that means.

Has anyone else noticed that the Madden and FIFA Series X|S trials have disappeared from their library?


I uninstalled the Madden one because it wasn't working and when I went to go install something else from my library today, I noticed they were both gone.


I still have FIFA installed but I just went to launch it and got a message saying my trial has expired (I've played nothing beyond the intro).
