    2020–Sleeping Giants (what program)

So it’s 2020 and you decide which program is ready to rise from mediocrity/absurdity to become a perennial power in college football. Which program is it?

UCLA—still no excuses why this isn’t a perennial top 10 program
Pittsburgh—the history, the alumni, the stadium, why aren’t they there?
UNLV—is it only a matter of time?
Texas A&M—At least they know where they should be. Everything is in in place to be the best...except having to play in the hardest division in college football.
North Carolina—wow, what a place to play. Think Virginia, but with better access to players.
Purdue—this just seems like a place you can be a powerhouse.

    So who do you think?

Nebraska. They've sucked for 20 years, it's time they become good again.

Tennessee, just needs the right coach, has great facilities and the best fanbase. Has everything it needs to be great, except a coach .
