    Toronto Blue Jays

So with PS5 out this year and the potential of Create a Stadium (Fingers Crossed) and with the uncertain status of the Jays being able to play in Toronto this year do you think we actually get the Buffalo Minor League Stadium or Possibly Dunedin (Very Doubtful) or are we going to be left with the same Generic Minor League Stadiums?

    Re: Toronto Blue Jays

With this being the first year on new gen I’m betting on the same old, same old.

Though if the continue with the team rebranding option they should at least include a couple generic major league stadiums to choose from.

You may possibly get a few new generic minor league stadiums, but I don't see them paying to acquire the rights/license to actual minor league stadiums.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

They need to get rid of the pretty bad Spring Training Stadiums and add Generic Pro Stadiums

I'd like to see at least 4-6 fake big league caliber parks added but I'd also like the 2 existing spring training sites left in with about 4-6 more of those added too as well also. dunno if the ps5 will be a big enough leap to add 20 new stadiums but I sure hope so. and if there's enough room to bump up those 90 man rosters to 115 sometime in the next couple years would be great too

It's too bad the Pennsylvania Department of Health didn't let the Jays play at PNC Park during COVID, you could've had this as your logo for a year or two:

It really annoyed me when they didn't allow it because it would've been a nice thing to do. Having one more baseball team & staff in town was not going to increase the risk of spreading COVID by any appreciable level. Anyway, I'll get off my soapbox. Hey, you could always play your home games at PNC in the Show if you wanted to.

MLB2k8 had 5 real minor league stadiums for each level plus 3 minor league generic stadiums.

I'd settle for being able to adjust game time temperatures so I could use any stadium as a spring training stadium without it being below freezing.

I have multiple motivations for wanting adjustable game time temperatures though. The summers in Toronto (and I think many other places) are ALWAYS way, way to cold.

We’ll most likely always have generic minor league parks, unless SDS becomes convinced it’s worth the investment to get the rights to put the real minor league or spring training stadiums in the game.

Even if it were official already that the Blue Jays are going to start out in Buffalo/Dunedin, I’d still be surprised if SDS wanted to pay for the rights to get it in the game. It’s a temporary home that they might not even spend the whole season in. It’ll probably be like a normal season in The Show, with the Jays at Rogers Centre and full sized crowds in every stadium.
