I have ported the Madden Week 17 roster to Madden 12 on 360. Also I have ported NCAA 2020-2021 roster to NCAA 12 for 360 to be able to import draft classes.

Was able to hex edit uniforms only in franchise. So far can't figure out how to add logos but still pretty cool. This is done with no console mods.

I can not tell you how much I appreciate this. I always loved Madden 12. 2011 was the year, for me as a sports game fan, that all sports games went to web connected hell and I predicted then the mess we'd be in today. I still love playing NHL2K8 and 10 and earlier College Football and Basketball games because I felt like I was playing an actually well designed piece of software constructed for OFFline first, which is all I've ever played and all I still play.
I am super thrilled to get 12 up and running again and try the rosters. So, is there anything in particular to look out for that may not be refined fully in the rosters? Do you think it can handle playing a single season? How exactly did you do this??

I simmed thorough two seasons with no issue. Draft classes work fine now was an error on my side

You mean in game skin tones? If you mean pictures like when you look at depth charts those are not. There is no way to change those currently. Only faces you can add are for players that played in 2012 that are still around.

Yes used the xtreme db editor for both madden and ncaa

Hello, I'm brand new to the world of this updating roaster thing. I've been looking for multiple hours for an up to date guide on how to get the file from my PC to my 360, but i can only find stuff from almost a decade ago where everything is either not available or no longer supported. some help on what to do next would be greatly appreciated.

Easiest way is to save a roster with the same name as mine to a usb drive. Then download and setup Modio 5 on a windows pc. Plug in usb drive in pc open Modio and choose open save. Then choose your save and go to advanced. Then import my file and choose overwrite. Then make sure you save and then copy save to usb device.

How did you get the draft projections to be accurate when importing?

Think its just the way the guys make the roster at NCAA forums. I updated the roster on the first page I fixed the ratings some were way off its much better now.

As far as I know, I think players have to be above 90 to get drafted. Are there adjustments you do to make them accurate? Like for example making the guys you know will be drafted high in game and IRL a 99 overall, or maybe giving those same guys a 85 awareness ect.?

Have to ask in the NCAA rosters forum I just port them they do all the work.
