Depends on how hard you want it to be. If you can deal with sticky cpu and non-preprogrammed bad defense, then prol like 15... 16? Iirc 15 was a pretty good game, and I know 16 was.

If you really wanna mess with sliders, I'd go for 21. Just eat the op stuff because there is op stuff in every game. I enjoy 20 and 21 a lot more than the ones after 16. But going back to 16 or before, I dunno if you'd wanna go do all that or not. And like I said it had some issues, too. The movement was fluid and fun, but I dunno if it was realistic.
