A+ Conference Prestige for Independent Teams?

I just moved my team to Independent in a long-running dynasty. One thing that kind of irks me is that my school is now rated as A+ in Conference Prestige in their recruiting after this move. I'm very familiar with editing info in the database editors but I don't see a spot to edit a conference's prestige rating at first glance. Does anybody know if this is something that can be edited? If so, I'd love to lower it so that recruiting is a bit harder for me. I was looking in the EA DB Editor for a field that seems to make sense for this but don't see one.

I believe conference prestige is hard-coded in the game.

Believe it was tried once before but couldn't get it completely done.

It might be because I could not find a field that seems to identify it. However, Conference Prestige is a simple calculation of the average (mean) team rankings. I'm doing a relegation dynasty and the two worst teams are independents and my Independent Conference Prestige is a D- whereas the MAC is my lowest conference and has a Conference Prestige of D+.


In the editor: Go into the Teams tab and change the rankings of all teams in Independent to > 100 (excluding your team) and your Conference Prestige will get lowered to the D range. You will likely see it increase during the season.
