Madden unplayable help needed

My cfm saves will not load I get the error CE-34878-0. I uninstalled reinstalled the game get the same error. I deleted profile restarted got the same error. I tried to start a new cfm for kicks to see if I could save back out and load. The new cfm got the error. At this point the game is unplayable.

I had the same thing happen to me a few weeks ago. I was able to open a few older files but they wouldn't open back up once the autosave kicked in. Sadly once it goes corrupt you have to just let them all go and start all over.

I think I narrowed down the cause to 1 of 2 things.

Either:

1. I maxed out my save slots and the game tried to autosave and caused the corruption

or

2. Could've been the downloaded draft class that caused the issue

I tried to start a new cfm I saved it backed out and it did the same thing when I tried to load it. I don't get it how all cfm saves are getting this error. I can't even start fresh since it is getting the error too.

Lol I thought this was an attack on EA.


Have you considered checking how many saves you have and possibly deleting some that you don’t use?

When I noticed I deleted the autosave files and kept the manual loads. Once I did that all including new saves I get the error

Probably won't fix it but maybe worth a try..

Close the Madden NFL 21 application from the Xbox One Dashboard

Select Options > Manage Game and Addons for Madden

Navigate to “Saved Data”

Navigate to “Reserved space”

File should be roughly 4GB

Select options for that file

Select clear reserved space

Confirm the action by selecting CLEAR RESERVED SPACE

Restart your Xbox One

Launch Madden NFL 21

Close the Madden NFL 21 application from the Xbox One Dashboard

Select Options > Manage Game and Addons for Madden

Navigate to “Saved Data”

Navigate to “Reserved space”

File should be roughly 4GB

Select options for that file

Select clear reserved space

Confirm the action by selecting CLEAR RESERVED SPACE

Restart your Xbox One

Launch Madden NFL 21

Thanks for the replies I think I fixed it. There was a corrupted cfm that I could only see in saves outside of the game on the home screen. Once I deleted, the cfm's loaded. Just strange the one corrupted caused all cfm's not to work.
