I know! I got Ncaa football 13 about 2 months ago. I saw Utah. There were true freshman with a 85 or higher overall!

I have been meaning to update NCAA 13 to the Post season, but have just been too busy with work etc end of year Oct-Jan, so couldn't make any more updates to this.

NCAA 13 is very difficult to convert from 14 and make more updates -- takes a lot of concentration to omit some parameters and keep others, during the conversion and then going back to adjust all depth charts. But even after I do this, many people have had freeze issues using them in Dynasty mode. I haven't been able to figure out how to fix the issues, and make a perfect working roster. Always has some minor issues in one of the modes.

I may be free this coming month to finally make another update to post season status. This will then provide a foundation to get the 2021 season back on track.

I checked original NCAA 14 latest February source, and there are no Freshmen rated 85 on it, so Utah was probably not further updated on the last update in October.

NCAA 13 Fall 2020 Roster Update!
* New 3-4-21 update! (Players, partial Teams & Coaches update)
* This is the final "Official" Vikesfan NCAA 14 -- > NCAA 13 conversion for PS3 & RPCS3 & XBOX360!
* All 123/123 teams are completed to 2020-21 post season status. 3/2021

THANK THE VIKESFAN TEAM on the NCAA 14 PS3 THREAD
* Untested Dynasty Mode - unsure if it will work any better since I used the last October file as base.
-3 original teams were brought back for this update : Idaho, NMSU, Uconn (since those were originally switched out for the NCAA14 cfb revamped mod).

PS3/RPCS3 & Xbox360 will require depth charts to be adjusted more;

* I used Komikozibob's PS3 file to make this PS3 roster update.
Many Depth Charts will require Auto/Manual Adjusting on latest Team edits,
since I don't own a PS3.


* A few Xbox360 depth charts were adjusted. Some teams may have a couple players out of place).
I will return to fix more depth charts later...just wanted to post what I have completed so far.


* This took Countless hours converting. Not all Coach/Teams data was imported since it may cause freezes if completely imported. But many parts were imported.

Quick question, any updates on NCAA 13 or is their no conversion coming out this season? I was just wondering cause its kind of hard to purchase NCAA 14 at a reasonable price.

Yes, I plan to make one conversion after more teams are completed on ncaa14. This year they are coming out slower since they only have 60+ teams done so far.

The earliest I may release a first roster may be in 2weeks. I plan to make a merge roster combining 3 different sources to get more of the 123 teams updated. Right now jersey numbers are not correct on all sources so the first release may be imperfect.
The conversions take more time so probably will wait.
