I think the key part of that question was the "perfect" mention - Ramone was answering that there wouldn't be a perfect throw mark on the accuracy meter for all throws like there is for cutoffs and throws to home.
Interesting that check swing frequency has been changed, which is almost guaranteed to mean they made it harder to do. I think even those of us who play exclusively offline can agree that it's too easy to check even normal swings (and if you've ever gotten tired of the frequency of the appeal to the 1st or 3rd base umpire you have your answer on that
), so you can imagine how the competitive crowd feels about that. For me personally, I don't even really do it on purpose - it's more of a reflex, and if they did change this it's something I'm going to have to relearn somewhat.
