IS MLB 21 becoming madden 13 the game that killed the franchise?

The xbox seems to be the big reason for taking out a lot of stuff. I CALLED IT everyone kept saying that wouldn't be an excuse

so lets see we have SOTS Y2Y saves and import rosters taken out now because of this. season mode a few years ago... where getting close to becoming a EA here.

this is turning into madden 13 the game that killed the franchise when they took out just about every single feature and turned the clocked back 20 years ago. and never recovered or changed anything since. that game was completely stripped down to nothing and mlb the show 21 is looking like it is doing the same thing.

well if you use your brain and think logically yes and I have been reason many people saying that is the reason that legally they have to have the same features.

Clearly SDS knew the multiplatform deal was coming and removed season mode early just so we could have something to look back on and and think “We should’ve known. Damn you, Xbox!”

i said it in the other thread where the original poster posted this same exact message. Year to year saves, at least for RTTS probably had far more to do with the changes in that mode and the fact that your RTTS player is now also your Create a Player in DD.

But that is an assumption on my part just like you blaming the Xbox is an assumption on yours.

Maddens gameplay is what killed madden nothing still compares to the shows gameplay easily still the best gameplay of any sports game.

anyhow it doesn't matter in the end.. but doesn't change the fact that a lot of features are vanishing. like madden did and madden 13 started the strip down.
