Correct. Stadium Creator is only in “Next Gen” systems, so PS5 and whichever Xbox just recently came out this past November.
If it’s not showing up for you then make sure you have the correct version installed. Maybe you purchased the “Current Gen” edition of the game?
You can find Stadium Creator at the top of the main menu with the icon that looks like a paint brush or something to that effect (I’m not in front of it at the moment)
