Video options on Series X?
Looks like its locked in at 4k/60fps on Series X. I do think its interesting that under Audio/Video options there aren't video options like there were on PS4 PRO (smooth/better visual) Does the PS5 version have any video options or are there just not any? If not, why not just call it "audio" settings? lolTags: None -

Re: Video options on Series X?
Right...I'm not complaining, just to be clear. It looks great, but I always to make sure I've got it all the knobs turned. What you said, is what I thought was the case...thanks for the confirmation.Comment

Re: Video options on Series X?
Well it says audio/video so I am not sure why there wouldn't be video options.
Especially with HDR settings, brightness, and others that would be nice to have a screen for.Comment

Re: Video options on Series X?
Yeah, I wouldn't be shocked to see the next version (or two) have video options. Even if 4k/60 is locked, MLB had been using HDR options the last few years....if its an omission, by the looks of it, it probably won't be at the top of any list.Comment

Re: Video options on Series X?
So it's the same on PS5.
The game is based on your system settings. It runs at native 4K 60fps. If you don't have a 4K TV then it will downscale, or supersample I think. But still at 60fps. So there is no need for in-game menu's for it.
As for HDR, those settings are also based off of your system settings. So when you configure HDR in your system settings it runs off of those settings. This is for both consoles.Comment
