So the vault is still not fixed. Wow. Can you imagine people who paid to get the game early only to find they can't use the rosters They should be given a refund.

Everytime I try to download a roster on xbox one my game crashes back to the dashboard. 3 attempts 3 crashes

I probably just jinxed myself but I have no issues on downloading rosters. I’m on PS5

I did a test out of 10 rosters I was able to download 9 all within the first time.

Sounds like a Xbox issue. I tried on Xbox a few times and crashes the game. I just gave up and doing my own roster.

I was reading that this is digital issue. I have a ps5 and it’s the digital version and can not d/l either. Those with a physical disk are having less issues, but those with a physical copy and endured other bugs as well.

I have a physical Xbox One disc and am unable to download any rosters. Can download players though.

I'm on PS4 digital standard edition. I have no problem downloading but I'm not 100% sure they are loading

I can download them, but they aren't sticking when I load them up on franchise

I have a physical Xbox One disc and am unable to download any rosters. Can download players though.

I feel ridiculous for not even being able to find where any sort of roster editing, creation, upload, or download can even be accessed on XBox One. If the feature is down, does it disappear from the screen as an option?

Should be at the top right corner of your screen VD. There are two icons in that corner- one is a paint brush and I forget what the other one is. Paint brush is where the vault is and the other is where you can create your own I think.
