Update today included a lot of player likeness updates like Caruso , Talen Horton tucker, etc

They finally have Gary Trent jr hair and beard
Austin rivers face beard and hair looks updated a lil more realistic
Montrez looks like updated face and longer locks.
Middleton I think got a new scan( I see more forehead than before
Bucks- Connaughton definitely got a new scan

I've also noticed a new facescan for Axel Toupane (Bucks) and the WNBA got some love with all the new nike jerseys for the upcoming season! That's pretty cool!

Before they release the official patch notes and we get a confirmed list. I just wanted to remind everyone that if you see a player on the list, who currently has a "Generic CAP" face (Desmond Bane for example), just know that they will be updated in the following day's Roster Update. 2K can't add their face ID on the roster before the patch because if they do and the patch doesn't release as expected, then that player will have an invisible head in-game. This happened earlier this year with Theo Maledon of the OKC Thunder. He was added too early and the patch hadn't hit yet so he was an invisible player for a few days. The same issue can happen if the patch is released and an ID is entered incorrectly on 2K's official spreadsheet. So all in all, if any rookies or others currently missing official scans, expect them tomorrow.

No patch notes anywhere...

Seems like even THEY don't know what they "fixed"...

Patch notes usually release around 1:30-3 PM EST as you have to remember 2K is on west coast time.

Hopefully the clicked over a few players and put the headband back on Siakam.

It carries. But if they added another haircut, you'll need to select the new one if you want it. It doesn't apply automatically.


If it's a player without a previuos cyberface, you'll need to save his dna from the latest roster, and apply it on your MyNBA (only appearance to not mess with your progress)

I was hoping that Derrick White & Rudy Gay would be updated, but looks like that won't happen til next season.

Funny how people get exited for player likeliness when the game needs gameplay patch, tbh I don't care about players likeness just gameplay updates.
