There is no solo player mode in this game at all apart from “practise”

    What a ridiculous decision.

I’ve played it and it’s a tech demo that is all loads of sports but only way to play them is online

I have this game as well and you can do solo mode. The only gripe I have is that you have mixed competition. I'm not sexist; but it's unrealistic to see both men and women participating against each other in the 100 meters. Yes, we do have mixed competition in relay races now...but individual events no. Not sure what they were shooting for in doing that. It takes away realism. Otherwise, it's a pretty fun game.

It’s been available since 2019 with a Japan account. One of the better Olympic Games I’ve played, but always hard to get into it without the games actually on.

How do you do solo mode?

          Practise?

You can do a solo mode for medals?

          How?

I play Olympic Mode. I pick my team for each event and go from there. The thing is...you have to build up attributes. So, when you start the Olympic games your squad ain't great at all. You are lucky to make it out of the first round. But the more you play the more you're able to boost your squad. It's a really cool game. Props for putting sports like Baseball, Boxing, Basketball and Tennis in. Although it's Arcady still...cool game.

I bought this game as I am a big Olympic video game fan but I can't even play it. I can't believe they mixed the sexes in the game. It wasn't even something I thought of checking into.

I have no problem using the women athletes or the men in a game. London 2012 was such a great representation of the Olympics. They had tonnes of countries, great realistic sounding names for the athletes and they had men compete against men and women compete against women. Like the Olympics

I'll probably get this because outside of the Mario and Sonic games, there hasnt been a decent Olympics game out there. This looks fun.

Leafs Nation, that is my biggest gripe as well. Takes away from the realism big time.

I had this game since september and i think it is a very beautiful game. Arcade, easy to learn and some disciplines are very hard to learn. Unfortunately the COVID blocked the development of the game. For me, the first idea is to simulate the majority of the olympic disciplines, but the game remain a must for a sporting gamer.

I played this back in 2019. It was so much fun to play until March 2020. Afterward I haven't even turned it back on. (I'm especially disappointed because I had tickets to the Olympics.) It's not as good as London 2012 (the best Olympic game ever), but it still is pretty good.

it would be nice if some of the older ones were on the marketplace.  They probably think nobody would buy but I liked the 2008 beijing one, didn't try london but by all accounts it was good.  This one I'll probably pick up, I find it interesting thye included complex sports like baseball, basketball, boxing etc.  Usually the focus on the core sports of the olympics and don't bother with those as there are already other options out there
