If you had to pick one thing to add from any other game out there to Madden 22, what would it be?

Definitely agree with those 5 features. While I would definitely love Create a Play, I could see it leading to a lot of bugs/glitches. I remember in NCAA 14 where in some formations, it wouldn't run properly because of players clipping. Coach Carousel would be great, but in a NFL game, it would need to be more in depth than NCAA. Pre-Post-Half time show should be a given. Stadium Creator would add a lot of depth in Franchise especially if they improve Create a Team. CPU adjustments in general would be great.

One thing I would want is a GM mode like in NBA2K. Is there even GMs in Madden? I don't need the story element like in NBA2K. For a NFL game, a GM mode would be perfect if they could overhaul the off-the-field element, like scouting, Free Agency, etc.

Crazy thing for me is at this point I'd be honestly happy with a true broadcast camera and a way to take away all on screen indicators like you can do with most 3rd person games and marginal improvements.  I think the problem with that list(even though it's a good list)  is that EA has kinda shown they don't wanna spend the "bag" on much of anything.

I want to see the injury system from NBA 2K to find its way into Madden. Lingering injuries, wear and tear, etc. If a guy tears his Achilles/ACL he should receive a permanent reduction in select ratings because of that. It would really add a whole new dynamic to franchise mode.

It would also be nice to see players playing through injuries more. A guy like Marshawn Lynch was always on the injury report but didn’t miss time.

                  Great topic.

Id like to see a similar feature to the gold, silver, bronze rating system found in APF2k8 implemented.
I think this would lead to more balanced gameplay for all the modes in Madden.

another feature for more balanced gameplay would be a feature similar to the play calling in TEccmo bowl. especially for arcade-style gameplay.

I did always like the ability system in 2k8. While the ratings were hidden, the ability system in 2k8 was great. It didn't feel like a boost like how abilities are in Madden. Abilities in 2k8 were the actual skill. It was a skill either a player had or not. Gold players stood out, but Bronze players were still impactful. Heck, I always had a generic player I could count on. I could field a team with no Speed Burners and still be dominant. I preferred playing with a pocket QB. Give me a QB with Rocket Arm, Laser Arm, and Quick Release and a WR with Route God, Bump Buster, and Soft Hands, and I can light up a defense. If the defense ran a Cover 2 Man Press against that QB-WR pairing, that's a guaranteed big play if you time it right.

Another thing I would like to see is Tendencies like in NBA2K. We all know how scripted Madden's gameplay could be and how poor AI can be. With Tendencies, that can have a huge impact on gameplay. Madden has Traits. But they never fully fleshed it out. You can't just rely on ratings and abilities to differentiate players. Even with the intangible ratings, there's never a big enough gap to differentiate how players react to plays. What's the difference between someone with 88 Awareness and 82 Awareness. With Tendencies, it can make gameplay less static and more dynamic. It would be cool to see QBs with Tendencies like Make 3rd & 4th reads, force into tight coverage, and check down. A RB with Bounce outside versus Follow Blocks, or perform Spin/Juke/Truck/Stiff-Arm/etc. A DB with Jump routes. Stuff like that would make players play like themselves.

And while speaking on Tendencies, I would like to see the VIP system like 2k5. It wasn't always prefect, but it would be great for Madden. It would be great for teams to actually play true to life. Especially if we can customize it. It would go perfectly with Coach Carousel. Where each coach and coordinator is given a VIP profile about how they would handle every situation. That way, when a team changes coaches, the team plays different.

I just want them to bring back draft champions and have it run with normal length quarters.
Bills, Sabres, Illini, Cubs, basically any team that abuses its fanbase and I'm there.

Yeah. Can we get cliffs? I am not watching an 8 minute YouTube video about something I can read in under a minute.

People don't read anymore, so a video, but I turned it off after the opening dig at Madden. I can get that **** anywhere.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

I wish they would bring back the create a player feature that they had in Madden 96-97 when you had to run different drills to determine your players attributes. I felt it was more organic.
