Saw new season engine and thought it would mean revamped sim stats. I was disappointed.

But it all sounds good. Hopefully its got some depth to it.

Already pre-ordered due to them showing promise to Franchise last yr into this yr. I def want more over time but not going to complain about additions to the mode based on what we really want. Alot of ppl to please but they are moving the wheel finally and it's not just to switch parking spaces.....To early to comment on the features specifically till I try them in game. No beta access

Definitely excited for scouting and the new hub.

I hope the game week strategy decisions actually matter and effect playcalling. Alot of sports games struggle with this.

It seemed most scenarios were in regards to being head coach again. Which was an issue for owners last year. I prefer to be the owner and manage the staff and funds. But, I may need to be head coach again to get the full experience.

For those that have played the beta we really didn’t learn anything new.

Im a bit skeptical on the new coaching system. It seems like you can fill out your whole staffs perks rather quickly. And no mention of regression. You see these positions turnover quite frequently in the NFL but why would anyone ever move on from the staff they’ve built up?

It also looks like we aren’t getting team chemistry. I was really looking forward to that being implemented this year but have heard zero mention of it since the response to #fixmaddenfranchise last year.

That being said, this is by far the biggest focus we’ve seen to franchise in quite sometime and are even getting new systems that I didn’t see coming this year like new gameplanning. Hopefully they continue to build on it.

The new scouting system could be great and it looks like they added in a mock draft. It’s definitely a step up from the old system. I also love the progressive fatigue.

Hopefully those werent just placeholder names, but it seemed like they had former players you could hire as scouts.

I'm happy they are focusing on franchise more this year than they have in a long time, I'm hoping these new features really add some depth when you're playing and I really hope it doesn't just turn into "This one coaching skill tree is so much better than the others so everyone only gets these skills". Seems like it could be a fun way to add some depth and uniqueness to every franchise.

I'm not pre-ordering just because I don't think I'll ever pre-order anything again, but I like the direction this is going in, likely a Day 1 Purchase if all goes well!

I agree really looking forward to putting my hands on it. Looks a lot like a mix of Fifa and NCAA 14 in some ways.

I just really hope they allow you to sort prospects, that's been one of my biggest issues with franchise over the past few years. Allow sorting by ratings/combine results/etc. (during free agency too)

I'd be shocked if retired players don't become staff options. Having said that, I did notice a lot of the same names on the scouts page were also the same names that were on the coach pages, so I do think those were placeholders to some degree.

If I'm able to get my hands on a PS5 I will definitely buy M22. I haven't purchased since M17 and this seems worthy of the upgrade.

Finally franchise mode has had some life pumped into it. Looking forward to hearing about the additional two updates.
