College football all pro type of game
That way they won't step on the NFL toes at all
Sign some old school college players individually contracts

Leave the customize tools to us gamers

Create our own divions and how many teams per Divion

Create our own rivalries and choose which team got smoke with the other teams

Create a band,fight,chant songs, or you can get a deal with Spotify and put your own tracks into the game
That's a awesome feature to have

Create over hundreds of teams

Create playoffs,4,6,8,12,or 16 team playoffs
For nostalgia reasons you could also just have BCS no playoffs. Make your own march madness 50 team tournament

2k5 like halftime show

Not a chance it is profitable and competes with a fully licensed EA college football game that will likely have real rosters at launch.

Plus 2k hasn't seemed interested in college games. 2k bowed out of CFB in 2002 and CHOOPs earlier than the NIL issues warranted. Plus College games makes more sense for EA compared to 2k. The college games were never major sellers for each company. Yes EA Sports will likely sell well the first couple year because of time away and interest, but it'll likely balance itself out after that. EA Sports has Madden and Fifa, so as long as CFB isn't losing them money, they can afford for it to be a major seller. Not saying that 2k couldn't afford that, but outside of NBA2K, 2k Sports doesn't have a major seller

2k don't have to compete since EA has the License but they can build up Brand and be alternative college game

For those that know the deal language better than me - do people thing it’d be possible for 2k to make a simulation football game with NFL team logos and uniforms, but generic players? I believe the players association and team branding deals are separate, which is what leads me to ask the question. I assume the answer is no, since I haven’t seen this idea mentioned, but thought it worth asking.

EA owns the exclusive sim license to College football as well. They made sure they put that in the deal..

based on EA's track record with NCAA football, Im not too concerned with gameplay and features.

What I want to know is how the law and these exclusive agreements define simulation sports?

Nah I don't think College football would work for 2k. College basketball though would be much easier and a better transition for them since NBA 2k is huge get people to buy NBA 2k and college hoops 2k.

According to this article published here at Operation Sports, Electronic Arts has entered an exclusive agreement with the Collegiate Licensing Company with respect to the production of simulation college football games. The language used is very similar to that describing EA's arrangements with the NFL and NFLPA.

That would provide at least one answer to your question, albeit probably not the answer you were looking for haha.

Making fake teams and fictional league is not exclusive to anyone cough cough Maximum football

Here's another idea 2k should make rivalry badges for coaches and players

Players- players play harder on the field against a rival opponent

Coaches- prepare and rally his team before rivalry games through hard practices,and study film

We should be able to edit all the coaches will have their own special badges Like Nick Saban clone or bill belichick would have it's own exclusive badges

Rule changes similar to NBA 2k
We could mix college and pro rules together

Able to edit 80 or more teams
13 to 17 game schedule
Bowl games with 4,8,12,16, teams playoff format
Or regular pro playoffs

Create your own divisions, trophy's,

Crowd creation whether you want a pro like crowd or a turn all the way up College loud crowd that's Lit with different bands playing

EA college football might not even come out in 23 so next year in 22. 2k could strike while the iron is hot�� and steal some fanbase from college

I agree if it was full customizable it would sell especially if it had Apf2k8 or better gameplay. You could make the NFL or NCAA. I'd buy it in a second.
