Help defense is non-existent. PnR defense is completely broken and the hedge defender literally stands still to watch the offense score however they want. Speed with Ball (SWB) is broken so athletic forwards 6’6”+ with an average or high SWB rating are much faster than shorter players who have even maxed out SWB. On ball defenders can literally just be ran around because of this. AI decision making in the half court is brain dead. Fast breaks are too rare.
The sim engine is broken and MyLEAGUE is basically unplayable for a multitude of reasons (if you are looking for a realistic sim experience, anyway).
