Too little too late. I played approx 5x 2 minute games yet my trial is done. Thanks EA for even f***ing this up.

I had three hours left yesterday after playing. I woke up this morning and my trial expired.

my series x trial still has 8 hours which is accurate

my ps5 trial has 9 hours left which I cannot use because every time I turn it on the ea server not available nonsense pops up and does not allow me to play.

Pathetic all around

I did nothing but look to see who had photos. Started watching a show, but remembered to quit out of the game. It said 7 hours left. Go to get on today because it's my day off and it's expired.

I’ve played 4 hours and 21 minutes and it says I have less than 2 hours left on XBSX.

I have 3 hours left, xsx. Yet I have only played 2-3 hours tops. The first time I played was for about an hour and when I went to play again it was under 7 hours. Played a game, next time I played it was under 4 hours. It really is a joke. I have quit the game each time. What annoys me the most is I already  pre ordered and paid  for the  game  that lets me play on Tuesday. At this point just make the trial unlimited till Tuesday for everyone.

Mine started being accurate when it hit five hiurs, but I lost two in the process prior to that.

Funny thing is I got to the 5 hour mark yesterday, started the game today and was told my trial was expired.

Seems like EA is just like "you should have known to have your Xbox in energy saver mode and hard powered off"

Spoke to their help team and they said they won't do anything.

The only thing every said was to quit out of the game when you are done, so it isn't running in the background. That has been a thing since the very first year of these trails. Obviously there is some sort of bug/glitch with the timer on Xbox because how are we the consumer supposed to know anything changed without an announcement. Needless to say this is a PAID/Premium Access Trail some I am sure EA is going to make it right like their announcement says.

Also from screengrabs on Reddit the EA help team are calling it a Beta. They aren't going to be able to do anything.

same...and when I do get past the disconnected from server screen, the game freezes on the madden 22 loading screen in face of franchise mode
