Had Ken Griffey jr and bob Gibson 42 series from pre buy but those two guys are now gone from player inventory. I didn’t sell them but they are gone. Reached put to support but checking to see if anyone else has solution. Thanks.

Have you had them all year? There were tons of cards disappearing back at launch due to server issues. I had the same issue and filed a ticket with proof I had the cards and it took a whole month to get them back.
Are you the only person that uses your account? If not, go to the marketplace and check your completed orders to make sure they weren't sold by someone else.
If they are straight up not in your inventory and weren't sold or quick sold, then unfortunately you'll have to wait for them them answer the ticket and restore them.Read my OS articles: https://www.operationsports.com/author/corydell/ -

I got them opening day and had until a least a week ago. Haven’t been using Griffey due to working on other programs. Went to look for him today and he’s grayed out. Still showing in DD CPU stats. Have put ticket in. Will wait it out. Thanks for feedback!Knowing is half the battle.Comment

Can I be blunt? Given how slow they've been on requests like this; I would strongly consider just buying the cards off of the market if you're at the point where you are ready to lock-in for the Jackie collection. Last I saw, they were going for only around 20k.Play the games you love, not the games you want to love.Comment

Indeed. That's what I had to do for Chipper (after spending hundreds of dollars to unlock him lol).
