I’m struggling finding rosters for rcps3, and if I do find some, how do I apply/mod it on there?

Follow these steps: Locate the RPCS3 dev_hdd0 folder and click on it. Then click home and 00000001 folders and you will find the save data folder to put the rosters inside.

I put two folders in this file, one for use for PS3 and another for RPCS3. And I assume you used the file that ‘s intended to use for PS3.
