Obnoxious behavior for an end user, sure. But not a bug.
It's an algorithm error, though, since in the NFL, rankings of interceptions are not dependent on total tackles or games played. What you describe certainly applies to things like pass attempts preventing someone from qualifying for passer rating, but no such limitation exists for sacks or interceptions in the NFL.


For example, Trey Hendrickson was third in the NFL in sacks, and qualified for the list, despite only registering 25 tackles.
