After some good discussions with current league members, we have decided to only ban assisted controls for PFA leagues, allowing semi or manual. We are waiting for the game release to discuss whether we will utilize the competitive master switch.

The best point was to allow semi controls, which makes the league more accessible to players who may be newer to the game, while still removing the fully assisted controls and all of the pitfalls that come with it.

All of that being said, we've still got spots in both leagues open! Our Fantasy league is wrapping up Season 1, managers are planning their holidays, and will be ready and raring to go for the PL and Career leagues!

For the Career League there's a larger up-front time commitment with building of the roster, but as far as matches go, no more than 3 matches per week, but normally 2. There may be a cup match here and there thrown in to add that additional match.

A little status update. We've formed a leadership group and have decided to go all-in on one league and gradually grow from there. Therefore we have decided to make the PFA Career our flagship league. It's pretty easy to get excited about new leagues and such, as you can tell from the above posts, but after thinking about and discussing it, we decided that the best plan is to focus on one league and make it as good as it can possibly be.

The first season will be limited to 16 clubs, so spots are limited.

The Playstation Football Association is pleased to announce the creation of its Career League.

The PFA Career is the online manager mode that you’ve been looking for! You will not find a more in-depth recreation of the manager mode experience anywhere. It is most definitely not for the casual FIFA player, this slow-build league is intended for the committed FIFA player that isn’t looking for a PSG-esque squad to play with. Managers will begin with a 3 star club (or lower) and begin the journey!

Featuring a full-fledged transfer market, you can acquire players via traditional transfer, free agency, loans, or even player swaps! Of course you can also acquire ones for the future and monitor their development in your youth academy. The PFA also implements a strict wage cap in order to prevent mega teams from forming.

On the pitch, the PFA has banned all fully-assisted controls to combat sweaty FUT-style play and promote a more simulation style of gameplay, all while adhering to strict sportsmanship principles.

Can you build your club up through the divisions to claim the coveted First Division crown? Our promotion & relegation system is inspired by the German model with a relegation playoff, allowing underperforming clubs to fight to save their season.

The PFA utilizes Discord as our communication medium and tracks all league information (results, squads, stats, etc.) through our own website. At this current time, the PFA Career is only open to managers on the PS5 system.

The first season of the PFA Career will be limited to 16 clubs across two divisions of 8, so spots are limited! Don’t miss out on this opportunity to build your club! WE ONLY HAVE 8 SPOTS REMAINING!

It doesn't have a mode built-in. We created a league using the online friendlies mode and record stats, results, etc and make a game world out of it.

The first transfer window opens on Friday, but we still have spots available. Once the window opens we'll run with the clubs we have, so there's still one more chance to get in.
