    MYNBA broadcast cam workaround

    Hey Guys,

If you player lock then go to camera settings you are able to unlock the other cameras: broadcast, broadcast low, and mycareer default. You can turn player lock off afterwards, but to make an changes to any of those 3 cameras player lock must be on.

I just tested this as I normally do a player career type of mode in MYNBA where sometimes I play as the individual player and other times at the whole team.

Obviously this is not ideal, but it works until it is hopefully patched soon.

Gonna try right now. This will save the game until the real fix comes.

Damn. I tried it. For me it does give the broadcast option but the camera isn’t a true broadcast. It’s weird. It’s angled oddly, like it’s somewhere between broadcast and 2K.

Tried, weirdly this method did add a few more camera angles, but sadly the broadcast angle is not what we are looking for. It's more like an isometric view of court, not sideways like we see on TV.

            Exactly. It’s not real broadcast.

Maybe a decent workaround for some but still not right for me. I hope this doesn’t get people off 2K’s back to issue a quick real fix.

my real concern is that 2K is making so much $$$ from online basketball gaming and starting to not care about traditional or so called "old school" fans any more. People who just select their favourite team and start a new season, enjoying the most simple and basic NBA experience.

Same. It sucks getting a new game and not being able to play, being at the mercy of when they fix it.

Sucks even more when a false “fix” is applied that’s not a real broadcast cam, which is concerning in that it may get people to take the heat off 2K. It won’t get priority unless we make it a priority.

People should be explicit that it’s not a real workaround.

fix (kind of) till 2k enable it in the next patch (hopefully)

Exactly. This is what it seems.
