Help. Madden share not working on PS4

Hey guys I need a little help. I want to restart my franchise when the scouting update drops. I want to start with the week 1 roster since the week 2 roster has too many unrealistic injuries (Jerry Judy out for 47 weeks). I messed up and didn’t save the week 1 roster. I tried to go in to the madden share feature to see if anyone uploaded a week one roster. Every time that I try to enter madden share I get a “unable to connect” notification. I can connect to every other online mode in the game, but for some reason cannot enter madden share.

I know I’m in the minority these days being on PS4, but I could really use some help. Has anyone still on PS4 been able to connect to madden share? If so how did you fix this issue? Also, are there any official week 1 rosters in the share feature?

Edit: I know I can just start with the “use real life roster” in week one, but I want to be able to start in preseason with the week 1 roster so I still get the preseason scenarios

It is a known issue all you can do is keep trying. If you have a paid PSN go to your vault that update could be stored there.

Thanks for the information. A paid PSN? The vault? Not sure I am following. Could you explain more? Sorry I am old

I am having the exact same problem too, and I am also on the PS4. I have absolutely no problem with anything online dealing with anything on my PS4, all games and all apps work, but I cannot go into the section to download user shared content. Gives me that message about the servers. I bought the game last Friday night and have tried many times, and have never been able to access it.

Also, I have a paid PSN account, but I am not sure what he was talking about with a "Vault". Sorry I can't help, but you're not alone. I waited until last Friday to get the game in hopes that it would be good to go, but that's a big NOPE :/

Having the same issue on PS5, finally got in after trying about 10 times but now get an error when trying to download a draft class

I tried to make a short video for people who couldn't find my draft classes. SIX MINUTES LATER i just gave up
