Looking for users who love football and skilled competition. We are a Full No-Switch league that promotes playing Madden as realistically as possible while also creating fun, yet highly competitive gameplay and team building. If you are unfamiliar with No-Switch gameplay, it means that whichever player you are controlling after the snap of the ball, you control for that entire play.
We have your standard sim rules that includes things like:
1. No quick snapping
2. Personnel Matching
3. Strafe Rules
4. Mixing up playcalls
As well as more unique rules involved with:
1. Hot Routes
2. Hybrid Defenders
3. Both teams streaming each game to ensure proper gameplay.
This cycle we will be evaluating QB and all X-Factor/Superstar players performances at the end of each season to help create better roster turnover by giving manual progression/regression changes for players who over/underperform based on their skill level.

Also, just to reiterate the competitiveness of this league.. Majority of our users have a lot of experience in No-Switch & are skilled at it as well. Sometimes users join thinking they can go 14-2 every season but do the exact opposite and then quit. If you cannot handle having losing seasons and try to build a better team throughout the cycle in an online CFM with 32 users then this league is not for you.
