Button accuracy - what determines green size?

I like the mechanic but the green center is too large for my infielders.

Does anyone know how to make the meter speed up and reduce the green zone? Which attribute affects this? Arm accuracy?

Since there is no universal fielding difficultly setting Im trying to make throwing more difficult using the meter and button accuracy settings.

Turning the throwing meter off completely is a fun challenge to try to get a few more throwing errors. It is difficult at first but it definitely makes you rely on "feel" a bit more. I've found it to make throwing a bit more realistic, although still probably a bit too easy

To answer the original question, the size of the green is impacted by arm accuracy, arm power, difficulty of the play, and the runners speed. The more unlikely the play is, the smaller the green. Note that it is still possible for a runner to outrun a green throw.

Animation branch points are kind of a secret, 5th factor.
