X factor issue

So i had a rookie that unlocked his ability and it was X Factor. He unlocked the Omaha one. But when I enter game. it just shows a star under his feet no x factor. Anyone else have this issue?

Does your O Coordinator have XF ability activated?

Also, has he achieved the minimum rating for X-Factor abilities?

Also, you can only have 3 xfactors active on each side of the ball. If you go to adjust lineup you can pick which players will have active xfactors

It won't be something he has when you enter a game. I don't know what the requirement is, but there is a requirement to activate it.

I *think* you have to complete 5 passes in a row, for more than 5 yards. Then you lose it after an incompletion.

It'll still be an X in game. It just won't be lit up. Most likely it's O coordinator doesn't have that trait bought yet or he's at the limit.
