When replying, please reply with formation and if it can only be that formation. As well, include the play name, and any blocking, line up, hot route or other adjustments you have to make for best execution.

    Mine:

Shotgun Bunch (only this form to my knowledge)

    Flanker Drive

Put right most receiver on an outer flat route

Throw to the curl route from receiver lined up nearest to line of scrimmage.

A good catching in traffic receiver preferred.

You can’t forget the OG though. Probably the first one everyone ran.

There’s definitely a toss sweep in goal line

My favs are speed option from shotgun f twins over (quick hiting wide play against goal line defense) and bubble from empty spread (I motion the furthest receiver from the trips side to the other so that there's A- one less defender to interfere with the bubble pass, and B- a better angle for the key block at the slot to make the easy pass into the end zone).

Otherwise I have fun going empty wing trio I believe, and running qb power with a bigger qb if I have one (or rb as a type of wildcat).

5 WR, Spacing. Throw the ball to either receiver nearest the offensive line.

Went a whole season perfect on 2-point conversions running nothing but the goalline HB pitch play and the shotgun empty spacing play. Two plays that have already been mentioned, just giving my agreement nonetheless.

For the goalline pitch play, the defense always comes out in their goaline D formation to counter. Get a speed RB, and you should be able to outrun the entire D to the wide side of the field. Short side of the field works too, but the wide side gives you that much more room to the pylon. I always slide protect to the direction I'm running, but I don't know if that actually does anything on running plays. For the 5-wide, spacing play... just read the defense. If it's zone, a few WRs will be open, the inside guys are easy to hit. If it's man, you gotta time the route or decide to scramble.

I will have to go back and look. I know it is under Quick Pass. QB Sprintout. I have the QB go the opposite way the play has him sprint out. I move the tight end to the opposite side and have him block. Then put the slot WR on a slant. The lone WR on a slant to the opposite side. Depending on the defense, your QB can run it in or the slot WR on the slant is open.

Y stick is a pretty good one along with Drive but recently I’ve fallen in love with any of the sprintouts if it be Smash or Z Spot
