can someone give insight to dynasty -- campus or school upgrades? I assume this can have a positive effect on recruiting?

Campus pride increases your team’s abilities. The gym increases its strength and quickness, the study hall increases awareness and offensive/defensive ability. The practice court increases your teams shooting, and the medical clinic increases hardiness and fatigue ratings. Recruiting isn’t affected by this too much but if you want to see a full arena and cheerleaders/mascots in your home games, you should max it out if you can.
