No roster update in 5 weeks when most sports games get weekly updates.The lack of attention this game gets is ridiculous.Get rid of the development team.They don't care.

I was being a little sarcastic. Doesn't take away from my point though.As far as that project goes I can't see the point of waiting months for a roster that will take months to complete and won't even have the latest portraits.And do you really think player rating affect the gameplay that much..Just my take.

Ratings in EA’s roster? No. Custom rosters yes.

EA’s rosters just don’t allow for player separation. I’m using a downloaded roster with AlTito’s sliders (with a few minor adjustments to fit my style/ability) and I can tell the difference between my top players and 4th liners. Ryan Reaves handles the puck like he’s using a log as a hockey stick while Panarin can create scoring chances by carrying the puck around the zone.

What roster is that? Sounds great.
Right now, using the EA one, I get the same skill from Chytil andBlais as I do from Zibanejad.

They took too long on the roster update for my liking. Too many AHL rookies from this year and LAST missing. I have already moved on to other games.

There will be a Xbox Series X roster dropping next week being completed by myself and an offline group. Some final touches are being put on it now by the individual responsible for the movement of the ECHL players. We have run some early sims and played with them as well.... its awesome.

It is really sad that other major sports titles get regularly updates… Reading the list of changes within each update for 2K22 for example, you can see so much attention put to that game.

NHL 22 is just lacking in so many areas. I don’t necessarily think devs don’t care. They probably just don’t have the resources to compete.

At the end of the day, NHL fans like us lose, this is the only option for an NHL game we have.

Breakthrough hockey is not what we are getting. It won’t change unless another publisher+dev get into NHL.
